Hello again creative friends.
I am sharing my new layout as Design Team 

member for 2Crafty Chipboard with you all 
today using some of the beautiful chippies 

from the collection.

I painted the Moroccan panel with brown 

copper paint and then cut it up to use in 

different places on my layout.

The bird was also painted in the brown 

copper paint and the branches and clock hands 

were painted with an avocado green paint.

I painted the title in the brown copper paint as well.

I layered my chipboard pieces with ephemera 

and flowers and then, once my layout was 

complete, I added splashes of copper 

and green paint.

I am sharing a new layout as Design Team

member for 13art using the beautiful

new MEMORY LANE collection.

I created this layout with a photograph 

of a friend's new-born granddaughter.  

I just couldn't resist the opportunity to use 

this beautiful photo on a layout.

I stenciled onto the background of my

layout with Bordeaux watercolour powder 

added to gel medium.

I painted the resin pieces with the same 

Bordeaux powder added to liquid 

acrylic medium and then, once dry,

I lightly brushed them with white gesso.

The chipboard pieces were painted with Old Gold 

Shiny Powder added to liquid acrylic medium.

I surrounded my photograph with ephemera

from the collection as well as flowers.

Hello again creative friends.

I am sharing a new project as Brand Ambassador 

for Penelope Dee ~ a canvas using the 

new AMORE collection.

I prepared the background of my canvas by 

painting the lower half with black gesso.  

I then applied and stenciled black sand texture 

paste onto the lower left and right edges 

of the canvas, allowing the paste to dry 

before covering everything with black gesso.  

I then added eggplant as well as blue paint, 

spraying with water to allow the colour 

to move through the paste and drying 

inbetween each colour.

Once it was all dry, I lightly 

rubbed the paste and the edges of 

the canvas with silver wax.

I then tore papers from the collection 

and secured these to the top half of 

my canvas in a layered effect before 

adding elements from the cut-out sheet,

layering them with flowers and resin

pieces which were painted with

 black gesso and paints before rubbing

 them with silver wax. 

 

Chipboard embellishments were painted 

with the same paints and rubbed with wax.

Splashes of the paints and white ink 

completed my canvas.

I am sharing a new layout as Brand Ambassador 

for Penelope Dee using the beautiful 

new AMORE collection.

I prepared the background of my layout by 

layering papers from the collection as well as 

framing my photograph.

I painted the chipboard pieces with 

black gesso and then spraying them with 

Lavender Lining Sparkle Spray, dabbing 

off the excess to remove 

some of the shimmer.

I framed my photograph with elements 

from the cut-out sheet, adding splashes of 

lavender and white to complete my layout.

 Hello creative friends.
It's a new month and so it means it is 

time for a new 13arts Mood Board Challenge.

I am sharing a new project as Design Team member
for 13arts created as inspiration for the
February Mood Board Challenge.

The 13arts challenge is a fun way to
explore different colours/themes that you
might not always choose and so give you
an opportunity to venture out of your
comfort zone.  Be inspired by this
new mood board, create a project of
your own and then submit it onto
INSTAGRAM only using 

the #13artsFeb23.  There is an 

amazing prize for the winner who will 

also be invited to Guest Design 

for 13arts.

I created this canvas using the stunning

new CITY LIGHTS collection 

as well as 13arts amazing mixed 

media products and mediums.

I prepared the background of my 

canvas by mixing the different Color 

Glows (individually) with liquid acrylic 

medium and then painting them onto my 

canvas in an ombre effect, pink at the bottom, 

purple in the centre and then the blue at the top.

I then stamped onto my canvas

with embossing ink, adding white 

embossing powder to the ink and then 

heating it with my heat gun.

I then stenciled onto my canvas with 

modeling paste and, once dry, added 

modeling paste mixed with texture paste

 around the edges with a spatula.  I left 

this to dry completely to allow the 

cracks to form.

I painted the chipboard buildings with the 

same Color Glows.

I applied sticky glue to the chipboard, 

allowing it to dry slightly, and then 

applied a sheet of blue foil to the glue so that,

once removed, would leave foil on parts 

of the chipboard.
