Mom

 

Hi everyone.

Today I am sharing a round wooden canvas created 

as Brand Ambassador for Penelope Dee using the 

Fleure collection, just in time for Mothers' Day.

I cut out a photograph of my mom, which I love, 

taken many, many years ago.

I painted the wooden circle as well as the title 

with bronze metallic paint and then backed the circle 

with paper from the collection.

I painted the resin clock with black gesso and then, 

once it was dry, rubbed it with bronze wax.

I cut flowers from the collection and layered these 

together with flowers and other chipboards.
